NOVEMBER 23rd FITNESS & WELLBEING DAY

Enjoy the full day 10-4pm or morning 10-12.45pm with lunch or afternoon 12.45-4pm with coffee & cake

Morning sessions are more upbeat with focus on strength work and optional cardio. Afternoon sessions are a mixture of Pilates, Yoga and stretching with mindfulness meditation!

Lunch and afternoon coffee and cake included!

It’s a fantastic day with lovely likeminded people having fun.
