INTENTION MEDITATION

Good day sweet souls,

I’ll be posting a Intention meditation up every Sunday throughout December as a gift from me to you!


Please try and take some time out of your day to do them. This one is only 10 minutes long! Find a comfortable place, either seated in a comfy chair or on a blanket on the floor!

BODY AS ONE

Relax, reset, realign and flood the body with peaceful awareness. Give yourself permission to check in with how you are feeling and release tension. This is Yoga Nidra a form of guided meditation also known as yogic sleep or effortless relaxation. Enjoy sweet souls.
