SATURDAY 1st MARCH
Enjoy the full day 10-4pm or morning 10-12.45pm with lunch or afternoon 12.45-4pm with Homemade cake and hot drinks.
*Morning sessions are more upbeat with focus on strength work and optional cardio.
*Afternoon sessions are a mixture of Pilates, Yoga and stretching with mindfulness meditation!
Lunch included in morning and all day event.
Hot drink and cake included in afternoon and all day event.
It’s a fantastic day with lovely likeminded people having fun.
