I’m always posting about our Happy Heart Retreats but do you know much about Karen and I? Karen Perenara
Well……. We’ve been friends since 1992! Yes you can guess how we met, at the Gym 🤣 We worked together for a few years before Karen moved away from my area 20 years ago, we have remained the best of friends since.
I set up my first retreat last year and told Karen about it, she offered to teach a Yoga class and that’s how we started working together again. Although we can’t really call it work, we both have an amazing love and passion for what we do and love to share it with like minded individuals.
We both work so well together, we’re very relaxed and our manners are calm with the added sprinkle of fun.
If you’ve never participated in a Pilates Yoga and Mindfulness Retreat before then this is the ideal way to dip your toes into the world of bliss.
We provide sessions that are varied and modified for all retreat guests, so whether you’re new or experienced we cater for your needs.
The environment is peaceful but the atmosphere fun and inclusive with amazing facilities and beautiful countryside to add that chill factor.
Everyone is made to feel welcome in a relaxed and non judgemental way to experience and take part in as little or as much over the weekend as you feel comfortable with.
So if you’re familiar with Pilates, Yoga and Mindfulness or it’s something you want to experience it doesn’t matter. There’s a spot waiting for you in our warm very friendly Shala. 🙂
